Dear Me,

This is a letter to my future self when hard times befalls me.

I do not know your current situation right now, but keep your heads up and your shoulders back. Life is harsh and it will consume you if you do not keep yourself together! It may seem trivial, but try fixing problems that is within your grasp, do that consistently and you will see results. Don’t dwell too much in the past, learn from it and utilize that for the future.

At some point when you better yourself, you will have to let go of something important. That will come as a shock and you might question your actions. During those moments you will need to calm yourself and think about it thoroughly. In order to move forward you will have to make sacrifices along the way, as painful as it seems.

Treat those who are close to you with kindness and sincerity, like how you want them to treat you. Beware for those who misuse your kindliness, do not make a fool out of yourself, stand your ground. Do not say things that you know that is not true, it will only taint your soul. Be truthful, always.

Have a routine for your daily activities, it will help you get organized. Exercise physically and mentally. Health is important to sustain yourself, make sure you get your nutrients and your amount of sleep. Get inspired, visit museums, read literature, listen to podcast and most of all create! Set your house in order, do your chorus, clean your room. Tilt as far as you can from chaos.

Many roads lies ahead. You will have to discover which ones you are going to take. Be courageous and take up your responsibility! It always starts within you.
